Welcome to the Bauer Country Inn in Appersdorf

Our Country Inn is located in the heart of the Hallertau, the largest contiguous hops cultivation area in the world. Hops, the “Green Gold” is characteristic for the scenery of this region.

Many travelers passing through have already seen the „tall poles“ from the motorway, an unmistakable sign that one is in the “Holledau”.

Our Inn was opened in 1953 and has operated as a family business ever since. The accommodations have undergone several remodeling measures throughout the years before reaching their current appearance.

During the summer months the colorful flowers along the outside of the windows are a well known feature of our Country Inn. Being right in the center of town, our Inn is easy to find.

We are located less than a mile from the Elsendorf exit, just off the motorway “A 93”. The surrounding cities of Munich, Nuremberg, Regensburg and Ingolstadt are all easy to reach (within an hour).

The city of Landshut and the Thermal Baths of Bad Gögging and Bad Abbach are equally well accessible via the highways B16 and B299.
